How to order
All payments are processed by Paypal or Share*it!, a service of Digital River Inc providing an online secure store. Share-it! accept payment by credit card, cheque, PayPal or wire transfer.

License key
Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email containing your license key.
If you purchase Timéo through Share*it!, you will reveive your license key within few minutes.
If you purchase Timéo through Paypal ,your order will be processed manually and you will receive your license key within a period of 1 business day.
In any case, if you do not receive your license key in 1 business day, please check your "Spam" folder and contact us via the contact form specifying your order number.
The license key is valid for all minor updates ( for exemple : if you buy version 1.1, the key is valid for version 1.2, 1.3, ... ). If a major update ( 2.0, 3.0, ... ) is released less than 12 months after you've purchased Timéo, you will receive on demand and free of charge a new license key for this release and all new minor updates ( 2.0.1, 2.1, ... ).
Upgrades and support :
Minor release updates of Timéo are free of charge. For exemple : if you buy version 2.0, the key is valid for version 2.1, 2.2, ...
Major upgrades are free of chrage for a perid of one year from the date of purchase. For example : if you buy Timéo - Personal Edition version 2.8.1 and if Timéo - Personal Edition version 3.0 is released 9 months after your purchase, you can download and use this new version. If a new license key is needed, and if you don't received it, just contact us and we will send it to you immediately.
During this one year period, you will also receive priority support via e-mail. We normally resolve problems within 24 service hours.
You can add 2 years of upgrades and support for only 30 % of the initial license cost. That way, You will benefit from free updgrades and priority support for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Up to 5 licenses you can benefit from a volume discount.
